Do your work predictable and free of damage That's what our Toolboxes are for!

Questions

Safety instructions are often given quickly just before work starts, and no one really looks forward to them. After all, time is money. Workers are typically paid per meter or connection, and they prefer to get to work rather than listen to lengthy explanations. However, delivering effective instructions doesn't have to be time-consuming.

Instructions can also be engaging and fun, even alongside the trench. By using the train-the-trainer principle, supported by short online microlearning sessions by theme or easy-to-understand instructional videos, the process can be streamlined.

For each theme or topic, an interactive assessment can be conducted on-site or online. This allows project managers or clients to monitor who has completed which toolbox session, regardless of whether the individual works for a subcontractor.

Safety and good work practices are often delivered through mandatory toolbox talks. Everyone knows how unbearably dull these can be—you’re told what you must do and what you can't do, or the same boring presentations are read out for the umpteenth time. As a result, the important topics don’t stick.

Toolboxes could be executed differently!

We consider that a high percentage of the skilled workers building the infrastructure of the future often do not speak Dutch and sometimes cannot read or write even in their own language. By developing comprehensible toolbox talks with many illustrations, we bridge this gap and ensure the necessary information reaches where it needs to be.

This means using few Dutch words, many illustrations, and, if necessary, providing the content in multiple languages.

After all, pictures often say more than a thousand words.
